2710018 Alberta Inc/Dragonball Kitchen was established in 2018 in the town of Devon, Alberta. Our clients included local residents and schools and now we supply wholesale to restaurants, bar, and retail stores. We built our business by offering customers unique products and we continue to develop our offerings based on the needs and requests of our customers. Using this feedback, we get to work to develop our products using the freshest and best quality ingredients available. When developing our gluten-free products we tested many types of flours to achieve the right taste and texture and we are proud and excited to offer new gluten-free options of Wontons and Pork Bun and Shumai,

Dragonball Kitchen has long recognized the need for gluten-free food and has been producing several gluten-free options, including onion cakes, spring rolls, to go bag of wonton soup kit, in addition to our newly developed wontons and Pork bun, Shumai. Our Kimchi (which we have been producing since 2019) is also naturally gluten-free and was featured on CBC News in 2022.
